- Promoted to the position by the Technical Service Manager and accountable to him for the management of 7 groups of engineering staff; 2 managers; 7 supervisors and 20 staff, within budget levels.
- Responsible for all technical aspects of Customer Support services world wide, assessment of factored product ranges, creation and maintenance of data, catalogues and warranties.
- Promoted to this position and accountable to the Service Engineering Manager for 12 staff in three engineering teams.
- Merged the Lucas and Factored product ranges of starters, alternators and ignition into a single database for cataloguing and literature.
- Restructured staff Product Teams.
- Promoted to this position and responsible for 4 service engineers analysing vehicle applications of competitors’ products and factored range.
- Seconded to the Marketing Team handling the same product range for 9 months.
